I am trying to connect the poly plan app with todoist and am receiving the response "{"error":"Response code 410 (Gone)"}"

Horizon tasks don't sync between mobile and desktop

Tried in both the iOS and Android apps but adding tasks in Horizon on mobile only shows on mobile (iOS and Android apps sync) but doesn’t show on desktop and vice versa.

Opens a splash page instead of the actual task. Task url may need to be to-do.office.com rather than to-do.live.com?

Microsoft Work Auth

It looks like your Microsoft authorize URL includes prompt=consent, which triggers the consent dialog after sign-in. In our tenant, that seems to kick off the admin approval/justification flow each time, even though tenant-wide admin consent is already in place. As a one-off test, removing prompt=consent from the URL allowed the integration to complete successfully.

Technical Issue in “Horizon” Section under “Someday” Tab in PolyPlan App

Dear PolyPlan Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report a recurring issue I’ve encountered while using your application, specifically in the “Horizon” section under the “Someday” tab. When I try to add a new group and then write goals underneath that group, the goals do not appear or get saved at all. The only temporary workaround is to close the app and reopen it, but the issue reoccurs every time I attempt to perform the same action, which significantly impacts my user experience and task organization. I would also like to mention that I’m using the app on a device running iPadOS 18.5, and the problem has been consistently occurring on this system. Integration: Things 3 integration on iOS

When I integrated things 3, it said it downloaded 220 items. Most of those were all blank with the word today, and all listed for the same date I connected. None of my recurring tasks transferred, or scheduled tasks either. Then I scrolled down in today view to my schedule and I also have a bunch more tasks that came through, but most of those are old and from my logbook. Is there anyway I can just download the stuff I have scheduled in things 3? I have a huge database there of projects, some days, anytime tasks and I don’t think polyplan has a way of keeping it organized properly.

UI：Option to sign in with Google hidden on zoomed display

unable to sign in using Google on iOS app, probably due to the UI not fitting the screen size of my iPhone 14. The button to sign in with Apple is there, but not Google.

Google Calendar integration: Does not convert the timezone of the calendar

If a calendar invite is from a different tiemzone person it is not converting to the users timezone resulting in a lot of confusions and planning problems. Please check this issue
