Horizon View: Have a right-sidebar in Timeline view

First of all, I love the app, it is excellent. I just have one feature request.

When I am adding tasks to the week or month view, I am not necessarily thinking about when I will execute each specific task. Then, on weekends, I sit down to plan all the tasks on my calendar. I really appreciate what you have done with the different views that allow us to record tasks for this week, month, or year. It would be great to have a two-column layout or a sidebar that allows us to drag and drop tasks between different views.

For example, in the timeline view, it would be helpful to have a right sidebar that allows me to select any task from the week view and place it directly on my timeline.

Similarly, a two-column layout would be useful, where I could drag tasks from the month view into the week view for more detailed planning.

    Thank you so much for sharing the insight of your PolyPlan!

    Currently, there are ways for you to drag & drop tasks through the view:

    • select your tasks

    • right click and choose Move, or press M on your keyboard

    • choose a specific date, this week, next week, this month, next month, or just the view Some day

    Otherwise you can:

    • select your tasks

    • hold on them and drag on to one of the section in Horizon, wait for a second for the main view to change based on the section you are holding on to

    • drag your tasks to the column of the view that you prefer

    We will continue improve the UX & UI for more friendly and intuitive. Your feedback is incredibly valuable in that process.
